Zelensky Just Called Putin’s Bluff

President Zelensky released an extraordinary open letter addressed directly to Vladimir Putin, and it was unlike anything we've seen before. In it, Zelensky argued that Russia's resources are shrinking, that Russians are growing tired of the war, and that Putin's long-term strategy is failing to achieve its objectives. He pointed to battlefield losses, economic pressures, sanctions, dependence on North Korea and China, and growing fatigue among Russian elites. Then he made a move few expected: he publicly proposed a direct meeting with Putin, offered a ceasefire during negotiations, and challenged Russia to demonstrate whether it truly wants peace.
