Russia Got Hit Hard Last Night

Russia woke up to fires, explosions, and drone strikes across multiple regions overnight. In this update, we examine reports from St. Petersburg, Kronstadt, Mariupol, Tyumen, Rostov, and Krasnodar as Ukraine appears to have conducted one of its most geographically expansive strike campaigns to date.

We look at the targets that were hit, why oil infrastructure remains critical, how Russia may be adjusting its missile strategy, and what new drone technologies could mean for the future of the war. We also review the latest battlefield developments, logistics disruptions, prisoner exchanges, and other key developments shaping the conflict.
